Dawson Childers Wedding

Tara and Alex got married and we got to help them celebrate. It was the most amazing celebration!

Perot Museum

We visited the new Perot museum. The girls thought the kids section was okay, but what they loved most was the sports and movement part (remember who their dad's are)! They race each other (a cheetah, and two college athletes thanks to technology), tested their reflexes and watched how bodies help people exercise and play.

Ford Family Reunion

It was really the Buck-Fox family reunion hosted by Janice in Dallas. It was a nice to meet so many of the aunts, uncles and cousins. Isabella had a super time meeting cousins and playing with the kids. It kicked off on the 4th of July. We helped Honey welcome the family to Texas. On the 5th, isabella bowled her first game and scored a 68! We ended the day at Honey and Papa's house with a Texas BBQ. There was a face painter who also made balloon accessories! Fun. Fun. Fun. On the 6th, we got all dressed up and had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed some dancing.

Dallas downtown park

We met up with Kaya and Sarah while we were in Dallas and had a day at the new park downtown. The girls loves the water and the playground. They even took a free 15 min yoga class for kids. After all the play, we scored some excellent lunch from the food trucks.

Date Night

It's still fun to get dressed up and go out to eat with this handsome man.

Isabella and baby Maggie

Isabella continues to be in live with Dancing with the Stars. I'm so very thankful for DVR. She and Maggie (one of her favored baby dolls) have been working on their costumes and routines.

Trey

Spending the summer at home with the kids is a true gift. It's one of the many reasons I love my job! Trey's been trying all kinds of food (which he loves). He's hung out with me during Isabella's swim lessons and enjoys splashing in the water whenever he can.

Ma and Pa

Pa's been movement restricted for 9-11 weeks because of a surgery on his foot. The kids and I packed our bags and went to add some new entertainment for that sweet man. While we were there he taught Isabella how to make Boggus Biscuits! Ma taught Isabella how to pick beans from the garden and then we ate them for lunch. We played games, ate too much and enjoyed watching Trey get so tickled watching the fan. It was a great time
You guys at the pool still? We are checking in soon. It was a great summer adventure.

Mo Ranch

Trey made his first trip to Mo Ranch in June. Isabella went again for the 7th time. She had a super time playing with Ruth and Carolina. The conference was amazing. Mo Ranch always does my soul good. It's so fun to pass this place and its experiences onto my children.
